C-Flow All PFA Micro-Concentric Nebulizer

The C-Flow is an all molded 100% PFA concentric nebulizer which produces a highly reliable and reproducible aerosol. It features a 6mm body, so it fits any standard spray chamber or end cap as a direct replacement for your existing concentric nebulizer. The C-Flow is available with or without autosampler probe, or pre-cleaned for semiconductor applications.

X-Flow All PFA Cross-Flow Nebulizer

The Savillex X-Flow is an all molded 100% PFA cross-flow nebulizer. The cross-flow design makes the X-Flow resistant to clogging, while still producing a highly reliable and reproducible aerosol. It features a 35mm body, so it fits any standard open end (Scott-style) spray chamber as a direct replacement for your existing nebulizer or nebulizer/end cap combo. Interchangeable uptake lines allow for different uptake rates. The X-Flow is available pre-cleaned for semiconductor applications, or with or without a make-up gas port.

PFA End Cap

The Savillex End Cap is an all molded 100% PFA end cap used to facilitate an O-ring free connection with both the nebulizer and the spray chamber. It features a 35mm cross-sectional body, so it fits any standard open end (Scott-style) spray chamber as a direct replacement for your existing end cap. Savillex End Caps feature 4mm OD and 6mm OD knurled ferrule nuts. The end cap is available with or without a makeup gas port to allow for the use of a makeup gas (i.e. oxygen for the analysis of organics).

PFA Inert Kits

The PFA Inert Sample Introduction Kits feature a unique, O-ring free, 100% PFA design developed specifically for the Agilent 7500 Series. Kits feature a push fit torch connector to provide easy, reproducible connection to the torch, and to eliminate droplet formation in the connector tube./p>
