1. Return Policy
Please contact Analytical West toll-free at 1-888-948-WEST (9378) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning any product. Please reference the RA Number on all correspondence related to your return. An Analytical West representative will provide the appropriate return shipping instructions.
Returns should generally be made within 30 days of issuance of the RA Number, although returns requested after that time may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Products not supplied as ordered and products defective at the time of receipt are eligible for full credit. Products ordered in error may be subject to restocking charges in certain cases.
Special-order items may be non-returnable or subject to additional return restrictions. Customers will be informed when such restrictions apply.
If a problem occurs with a product that has been used in any way under normal wear and usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue rather than as a defective return. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer’s responsibility.
All products carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. If a problem arises within the manufacturer’s warranty period, Analytical West will do everything reasonably possible to assist in resolving the issue.
