Analytical West is not a manufacturer, but operates as a quality-driven distributor of products for multiple analytical spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and fluid handling applications. Products supplied by Analytical West are manufactured by original equipment (OE) suppliers with Quality Systems in current effect. Analytical West suppliers also supply many of the same parts to the major instrument companies. Please contact us for the accreditation status of the manufacturer for a particular product or products.

Analytical West conducts regular reviews of administrative, storage, handling and shipping functions to optimize operational efficiency, ensure product integrity and to meet customer requirements. Continuous evaluation and implementation of emerging products and technologies is also an integral part of Analytical West's Quality Management Strategy.

Analytical West products and services are provided in accordance with manufacturer and customer specifications, with the goal of maintaining customer satisfaction and adding value to their operation. Key Performance Indicators are monitored to review performance and drive improvement. Identified improvement areas are addressed in a timely manner to ensure we meet customer expectations.
