They incorporate glass pistons and are available in either the right angle or straight line configuration with either PTFE or Viton o-rings. They have been tested to 10- 8 Torr and are suitable for use at low temperatures. All Glass valves are made from borosilicate glass subtype "Boro 3.3 (Duran)".
