PEEK capillaries, PTFE Teflon & PEEK body.
Handles sample flow rates from 50 µL/min to 1.5 mL/min.
The NX–175 operates at standard pressures: 40 PSI for 1 L/min (as required for the PE NexION and Varian / Brooker ICP-MS).
Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.
