Low flow nebulizers designed for ICP-MS, where all wetted parts are PFA. Very stable mist with low RSD%. Can be used for any sample type.
PFA capillaries, PFA Teflon & PEEK body.
Higher pressure than standard: 60 PSI for 1 L/min (must optimize with ICP-MS).
Handles sample flow rates from 50 µL/min to 1500 µL/min.
Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.
